An aircraft engine borescope is an internal visual inspection of the rotating and stationary parts of the gas path. It is useful for assessing inaccessible or hard to reach places without the need to remove them.
Aircraft engine disassembly can be complex and expensive; non-destructive testing techniques such as borescope inspections are therefore vital in examining the condition of engine parts. These intricate inspections can help improve flight safety by swiftly identifying aircraft engine defects before further issues could arise.

Utilising proven boreblend technology, our team of mobile engineers have the capability to perform on and off wing repairs of tears, cracks, nicks and dents to compressor blades using the Richard Wolff Blending scope. If the repair of the blades can be completed within OEM limits, the engine can continue to operate which reduces costly shop visits. This provides a highly cost-effective way to carry out maintenance for the operator. Boreblending is a high expertise field operation and network capability is extremely limited therefore CES are available to support your operation needs 7 days a week.
